  • Data availability or exchange outage: Resolution depends on Binance data availability. If Binance XRP/USDT candle data becomes unavailable or corrupted during the observation window, resolution may be delayed or require manual adjudication.
  • Candle timing precision: The observation window is precise to the minute: starts at 11:30 PM ET on Dec 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the deadline date. Candles outside this window are excluded.
