Description

This set of markets will determine whether Bitcoin's price reaches various specific thresholds by a set time in the future. Each market checks if the price exceeds a particular level, offering a granular view of potential price movements.

Kalshi

All markets share a common resolution mechanism based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 28, 2026. For a market to resolve as 'Yes,' this average must exceed the specified threshold (e.g., $66,000, $67,500, etc.). The official price is derived from collecting 60 BRTI prices during the final minute before expiration, with the average of these prices serving as the definitive value. Importantly, this official price may differ from values shown on consumer platforms like Google or Coinbase, as CF Benchmarks' BRTI is the sole source for resolution. All markets resolve simultaneously based on the same calculated average, with each threshold determining its respective 'Yes' or 'No' outcome.
