PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

All platforms use the same core resolution logic based on official match results from gol.gg with credible reporting as backup, consistent handling of cancellations and unplayed games, and clear rules for game-specific outcomes.Primary resolution logic: https://gol.gg/esports/home (with credible reporting consensus as backup)

Core resolution logic:

  • Match winner resolves to the team that wins the best-of-five series
  • Game-specific markets resolve only if the game is completed; otherwise 50-50
  • Cancellations, delays beyond 7 days, or forfeits before play begin resolve to 50-50
  • Remade games are treated as separate events for resolution

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Unplayed Games: Any market for a game that is never played (due to cancellation, forfeit, or series conclusion before the game is needed) resolves to 50-50
  • Partial Game Completion: If a game begins but is not completed (e.g., due to technical issues or surrender), game-specific markets resolve based on data up to the stoppage point, with first blood and milestone markets resolving as if the game ended at that point
  • Team Name Discrepancies: Minor name variations (spelling, abbreviations, sponsor tags) are treated as the same team if clearly identifiable; ambiguous cases resolve to 50-50
Timing: Markets resolve within 2 hours of the event conclusion based on official results, or via credible reporting consensus if official results are delayedOur PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Polymarket

This market refers to the LoL Lower bracket quarterfinal 1 match between Anyone's Legend and LGD Gaming in the LPL Playoffs, initially scheduled for June 5 at 5:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Anyone's Legend" if Anyone's Legend win the match against LGD Gaming. This market will resolve to "LGD Gaming" if LGD Gaming win the match against Anyone's Legend. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the result of the LPL 2026 match between EDward Gaming and Anyone's Legend scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 3:00 AM EDT. If EDward Gaming wins, the EDward Gaming market resolves to Yes; if Anyone's Legend wins, their market resolves to Yes. Should the match be postponed beyond 48 hours without completion, cancelled before play begins, or forfeited prior to any action, all markets resolve to the fair market price. If the match starts but is later forfeited, the outcome follows the official result declared by the governing body or tournament organizer. Kalshi disclaims any official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.

Opinion

In the upcoming LPL best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-07-31 07:00 UTC: if EDward Gaming wins the series, the market will resolve to "EDward Gaming"; if Anyone's Legend wins the series, the market will resolve to "Anyone's Legend". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. Frequently asked questions

This dashboard aggregates real-time odds and trading activity for the Anyone's Legend versus LGD Gaming best-of-five matchup across Polymarket and Kalshi. It displays the consensus probability for each outcome, current market prices, and 24-hour volume metrics to show how traders are positioning ahead of the LPL Playoffs series. By tracking multiple platforms simultaneously, the dashboard reveals whether prediction markets agree on the likely winner or diverge, helping you spot arbitrage opportunities and gauge confidence levels among professional and retail traders.

Prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi often reflect sharper, more dynamic odds than traditional sportsbooks because traders can enter and exit positions continuously, and incentives align with accuracy. Sportsbooks build in margin and manage liability across many bettors, whereas prediction markets aggregate dispersed information from participants risking real capital. For this Anyone's Legend versus LGD Gaming series, comparing prediction market consensus to major sportsbook lines can reveal where public perception diverges from professional assessment, particularly in high-stakes LPL Playoffs matchups.

Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Polymarket and Predict serve different user bases, operate under distinct liquidity conditions, and may have varying fee structures or settlement timelines. Polymarket typically attracts larger volumes and more sophisticated traders, while Predict may appeal to niche communities or offer alternative incentive models. For the Anyone's Legend versus LGD Gaming series, differences in platform depth, regional trader concentration, and confidence in resolution authority can cause price gaps. These spreads create opportunities for cross-platform traders to arbitrage or hedge exposure across venues.

The market is scheduled to resolve on Jun 5, 2026. Resolution is determined by the official result of the best-of-five series between Anyone's Legend and LGD Gaming in the LPL Playoffs. The winner of the series—first to claim three maps—will trigger the corresponding outcome. Markets remain open for trading until the series concludes and the official outcome is confirmed by LPL broadcast and league records.

Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries, or substitutions announced before the series begins. In-game performance during the playoffs, team form trends, and head-to-head records will influence trader sentiment. Patch updates or meta shifts in the weeks leading up to the matchup can favor one team's composition or playstyle. Media narratives, coaching adjustments, and scrim results leaked by insiders may also shift market odds. Live updates during the series itself—map wins, draft surprises, or momentum swings—will drive real-time price movements on both Polymarket and Kalshi.
