Preliminary counts, exit polls, projections, or uncertified results do not determine outcomes. If the election is postponed but held within one year of the original date, contracts remain valid; if postponed beyond one year or canceled, all contracts resolve to No. Each market has a distinct threshold (200k, 225k, 250k, 275k, 300k, or 325k), and resolution depends on whether the certified vote count exceeds the respective threshold.
