Description

These markets track whether the price of ZEC will exceed specific thresholds at any point in October 2026. Each market has a different price level that needs to be surpassed for it to resolve positively. The evaluation considers minute-by-minute price data, applying statistical methods to mitigate the influence of extreme fluctuations.

Kalshi

All markets resolve to Yes if, at any minute between issuance and 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026, the trimmed mean price of ZEC exceeds the specified threshold. The trimmed mean is calculated by removing the top 20% and bottom 20% of minute-by-minute price data and averaging the remaining values. This approach reduces the impact of transient spikes or drops. If CF Benchmarks data is unavailable or incomplete at expiration, all affected markets resolve to No. The measurement period begins at issuance and ends at the specified time, with the exchange specifying the exact ZEC version or ticker tracked.
