The event resolves based on the maximum temperature recorded in New York City on October 27, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six separate outcome ranges are defined, each covering a specific temperature band from 59°F or below up to 68°F or above. If the recorded temperature falls within any of these ranges, the corresponding market resolves to Yes; all other markets resolve to No. All temperature data used for resolution is exclusively from The Weather Company, with preliminary readings subject to potential revision. In cases of material errors in the initial data publication, the exchange retains discretion to delay expiration until a corrected value is released or until the expiration date arrives, whichever comes first. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, all markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the exchange. The status of 'Final' on The Weather Company's platform is informational only and does not guarantee data accuracy or exempt the data from potential revision under these rules.
