Core resolution logic:

• Observation window opens December 16, 2025 at 16:30 ET and closes at 11:59 PM ET on the specified date (March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, 2026)
• Resolution requires checking all Binance ETH/USDT 1-minute candle High prices within the observation window
• Market resolves YES if any single 1-minute candle High exceeds the maximum High price from all prior 1-minute candles in Binance history
• Market resolves NO if no new all-time high is achieved by the deadline
• Resolution source is exclusively Binance spot market data; other exchanges or derivatives markets are explicitly excluded

Edge cases & Clarifications:

• Binance data unavailability: If Binance ETH/USDT candle data becomes inaccessible or corrupted during the observation window, resolution may be delayed or require manual adjudication by platform operators
• Multiple ATH events: If multiple new all-time highs occur within the observation window, the market still resolves YES (binary outcome); the specific price level does not matter
• Exact tie with prior ATH: If a candle High exactly matches but does not exceed the prior all-time high, the market resolves NO (resolution requires strictly higher, not equal)
• Sequential market resolution: If an earlier date market (e.g., March 31) resolves YES, later date markets (June 30, September 30, December 31) will also resolve YES if the ATH persists, creating a logical cascade
