Intro

This market tracks whether the Dubai Financial Market Real Estate Index will reach 14,000 during 2026, measured against TradingView one-minute candle data. The aggregated consensus across Polymarket and Limitless stands at 72.0% for a yes resolution. The resolution source is the DFM Real Estate Index Low values on TradingView, with settlement occurring on the first trading day of 2027 based on whether any one-minute candle closes at or below the 14,000 level by December 31, 2026.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue:

Candle granularity (1-day vs 1-minute) and timezone (UTC vs ET) create different observation windows and settlement moments. The same price action may resolve differently on each platform.

Hero Tip:

Polymarket catches intraday wicks; Limitless only sees daily closes. A spike to 18,000 intraday but close below 16,910.30 resolves YES on Polymarket and NO on Limitless. Watch both the daily candle close and intraday extremes. Also account for the 4-5 hour timezone offset between UTC and ET deadlines.

Critical Divergence Points:

  • Limitless:

Uses 1-day candle High on TradingView, UTC timezone, deadline December 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC. Resolves YES only if finalized daily High strictly exceeds 16,910.30. Misses intraday spikes that do not persist to daily close.
  • Polymarket:

Uses 1-minute candle High (for upside) or Low (for downside) on TradingView, ET timezone, deadline December 31, 2026, 23:59 ET. Resolves YES if any single 1-minute candle touches the target level, even if intraday. Captures all price touches regardless of daily settlement.
